TTM New Plant

In 2018, Tietuo Machinery broke ground on its smart new factory. We secured nearly 200 mu of additional land to expand production capacity and refine manufacturing processes for high-intelligent, eco-friendly and high-efficiency asphalt mixing plants and asphalt hot recycling systems.The factory came into full operation in 2019. It covers a land area of over 133,334 m², with a total building area exceeding 70,000 m². The 54,817 m² combined workshop serves as the core production zone. We also have an 8,586.98 m² office building and a 7,756.96 m² staff dormitory on site.

Digital upgrades run through the whole plant. We have introduced fiber laser cutters, robotic welding stations, automated pre-treatment & coating lines, CNC plano-boring machines, gantry machining centers and site operation monitoring systems.These smart facilities streamline our workflow and greatly lift our output. We can reliably build premium asphalt mixing plants and hot recycling equipment to meet demands from global road construction partners.
