Over Twenty-Two Years of Craftsmanship | Warm Highlights of TTM’s Anniversary Factory Open Day
Amid the warm summer breeze and bright sunshine, TTM celebrated its 22nd anniversary in July. To mark this special milestone, we held our annual Factory Open Day, opening the doors of our smart manufacturing base to employees’ families and children. This long-awaited event turned our usually production-focused factory into a warm and lively gathering space, filled with joy, laughter and heartfelt warmth.
The open day kicked off smoothly in the morning. Family members arrived one after another, stepping into the factory that their loved ones dedicate their daily work to. For the children, it was a brand-new experience to see the real workplace behind their parents’ daily “going to work”. During the factory tour, our professional guide vividly introduced the operation principles of TTM’s 5G smart factory and large-scale asphalt recycling equipment. Every advanced production procedure and intelligent manufacturing device caught their attention, helping families gain an intuitive and in-depth understanding of TTM’s professional manufacturing strength.
Besides the factory visit, the DIY creative activity area became the most popular spot of the day. As soon as the painting and lamp-making materials were distributed, the children threw themselves into creation with great enthusiasm. With innocent and imaginative ideas, they painted unique patterns on blank crafts and made personalized handmade works. Parents accompanied their kids throughout the process, giving gentle guidance and sharing warm parent-child moments. Every finished handmade piece was a one-of-a-kind treasure, carrying children’s sincere affection for TTM and their recognition of their parents’work.
Over twenty-two years of steady development, TTM’s continuous growth and technological advances stem from the dedication of every employee, along with the understanding and quiet support of their families. This Factory Open Day is far more than a simple parent-child activity. It serves as a warm bridge connecting TTM with every employee’s family. It allows families to walk into TTM, witness our standardized production environment and feel our humanistic corporate atmosphere.
