TTM GLB-3000 Provides Full-range Technical Support for Uzbekistan Road Construction
TTM a professional Chinese manufacturer of high quality asphalt mixing plants, announces the successful commissioning of its first unit in Uzbekistan. The GLB-3000 — rated at 240 tonnes per hour — is now in full commercial production in Karshi, Kashkadarya Province, with initial asphalt batches completed under direct supervision of TTM's chief service engineer.

Supporting a National Road Program
TTM is dedicated to supporting Uzbekistan's national road modernization initiative with efficient, reliable, eco-friendly and intelligent solutions. Under this program, 300 kilometres of existing roads are targeted for reconstruction in 2026, alongside the groundbreaking of 800 kilometres of new expressway — infrastructure of both national scale and international significance.
With continuous output of 240 t/h, aggregate weighing precision of ±0.5%, and bitumen dosing accuracy of ±0.25%, the GLB-3000 delivers the mix consistency and production reliability that extended expressway corridors demand.

Key Technical Highlights
Modular layout:Integrated finished-material silo design eliminates an intermediate elevator stage, reducing footprint and mechanical complexity.
Optimized dryer: Chain-plate rotary dryer maintains stable thermal output across variable aggregate moisture conditions.
Dual-circuit control: Fully automated system with manual override, self-diagnostic routines, and real-time production feedback.

European-standard emissions compliance.Two-stage dust collection (inertial + bag filter) with negative-pressure plant-body design keeps particulate, acid compound, and noise emissions within European benchmarks, meeting formal environmental reporting requirements on government-contracted projects.
RAP interface:Pre-equipped for hot recycling integration to support reclaimed asphalt pavement applications.

Full-Cycle Project Supporta
Beyond equipment supply, TTM provides on-site commissioning, operator training, and long-term after-sales technical assistance. The Uzbekistan installation serves as a working reference for engineering companies and procurement teams evaluating high quality asphalt mixing plants for national road programs across Central Asia and comparable markets.
